Art on the Prom will take place on Felixstowe’s sea front on Sunday September 2nd 2018.

All stalls are now taken for this year's event, but you can add your name to the waiting list by applying through the Take Part page. Stalls (7m/two fences) will cost £65. This year there is the option to book a half stall (3.5m/one fence) at the cost of £35.

Art on the Prom is a free community event organised by a small group of volunteers. We are grateful to them and our sponsors for their backing.

Sponsorship

 

Art on the Prom is a not for profit organisation run entirely by unpaid volunteers.   The cost of the event is met by grants, sponsorship and the fee charged to artists for a stall.   The event would not be possible without the support of sponsors.    Sponsors benefit by being associated with one of Felixstowe’s best known and most popular events.

Sponsorship Levels

Level 1   Sponsorship worth up to £499

Sponsor names and logos are:-

displayed on a prominent banner on the day

featured in our  programme (3000 copies)

Level 2   Sponsorship worth between £500 and £999

In addition to Level 1, Level 2 sponsors are:-

designated as sponsor of a specific part of the event eg a band, art workshops,

featured on a banner across the main street in the town centre,

listed in10000 leaflets and posters distributed across the region,

offered free ¼ page advertising space in the programme

listed on the website

Level 3   Sponsorship worth £1000 and above

In addition to levels 1 and 2, Level 3 sponsors are;-

designated as main sponsors,

invited to speak at our official opening,

given frequent mentions over the  public address system throughout the day,

offered free whole page advertising space in the programme,

offered a branded presence, eg a stall, at the event.
