Art on the Prom (AOTP) will respect your privacy and you can be assured that our privacy practices are held to the highest standards.
Below is an outline of the information that can be gathered and how it can be used.
Email address is made available on this site to allow any visitor to contact AOTP directly. The information you provide is used to reply to your questions or comments. Your email address will never be communicated to any party. It will not be put on any mailing list. AOTP do not compile or maintain any mailing lists other than for our own event promotion.
Customers will not be contacted unless in response to their email. The only exception is to confirm details of the event, as well as to advise a participant about any unforeseen circumstances.
IP address
IP address is recorded on all download pages. IP address lists can be used for statistical purposes by the author to target advertising campaigns. It is not communicated to any party.
Mailing address
This will not be communicated to any party and will not be added to any mailing list. AOTP do compile and maintain a mailing list in order to communicate with participants about the event.
