- Plans for the 2010 Art on the Prom underway2009-08-31
Following yet another successful Art on the Prom, plans are underway for an even bigger and better event next year.
We would love to hear your views on our 2009 event.
What is the best thing about Art on the prom for you? How would you like to see it develop? Should we aim for even more artists next year? Was the balance between art media and between professional and hobby artists right? Did you have a go at one of the workshops and if so what did you think? What about the music? What did you think of our new departure with the original acoustic bands near The Hut? Did you enjoy the barrel organ? Should we invite the Co-op Brass Band back again next year? Was the playreading "Shakespeare on the prom" a success? What about the entertainers - Bridie the tea lady or Nik on his bicycle?
Your comments and suggestions will help decide the future of the event and guide us in our decisions on how we grow.
Here's to 2010!
